Event Cancellation & Refund Policy at Be A Roshan Healing Services Ltd.

At Be A Roshan, each event is carefully prepared with intention, energy, logistics, food arrangements, staffing, materials, and limited reserved seating for every guest attending.

Because of the preparation and commitment involved in creating these experiences, all event bookings are considered confirmed reservations once payment has been made.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a transfer of credit toward a future Be A Roshan event, retreat, or experience.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Banking fees, currency conversion charges, international card processing fees, and third-party transaction charges are non-refundable, as these are applied directly by financial institutions and payment providers.

 

Payment Responsibility

Guests are responsible for reviewing the payment method selected at checkout before confirming payment.

For Mauritian residents, we recommend using local payment options such as MCB Juice, bank transfer, or cash payment where available, in order to avoid possible international banking or currency conversion fees.

 

Event Changes

Be A Roshan reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event if required due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, venue issues, or force majeure situations.

In the event that Be A Roshan cancels an event, guests will be offered either:
• a full refund of the amount received by Be A Roshan, or
• transfer of the booking toward a future event.

 

Agreement

By registering for a Be A Roshan event, retreat, workshop, class, or experience, you acknowledge and agree to the above cancellation and refund policy.
